  • Find a roommate or sublease through a secure, U-M-only portal.

Find or offer a sublease

If you only need housing for a semester or want to list your space while you’re away, use the sublease tab on the off-campus housing search site. Important steps before you commit:

  • Get written approval: Ensure your landlord and roommates agree to a sublease in writing.
