Case Manager for Student Support and Critical Incident Response

Ashley serves as a Critical Incident and Student Support Case Manager. She reports to the Assistant Dean of Students and is responsible for providing direct support services to students experiencing complex incidents and crises impacting their campus life. Ashley enjoys building relationships with students and learning about their interests and involvements. She has worked at the University of Michigan since 2018.

Prior to joining the Dean of Students Office, Ashley was part of the U-M Office of Financial Aid’s advising and eligibility team and worked as a scholarship coordinator in the U-M College of Engineering. She is also an AmeriCorps alum and served with the Michigan College Access Network (MCAN) for two years. Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, she enjous spending time outdoors, reading, group fitness and yoga, and traveling.
