Get off-campus support
The Community Concerns Response team can help with:
- Understanding relevant U-M, City of Ann Arbor, and State of Michigan rules and ordinances.
- Providing one-on-one support to talk through ongoing neighborhood concerns.
- Preventing problems (and reducing risk) by responding early when someone reports a concern.
- Guiding off-campus housing groups, including fraternities and sororities, sports teams, and student organizations.
- Sharing tips for safe hosting and off-campus living.
- Connecting people to campus and community partners like the Ann Arbor Police Department, U-M Division of Public Safety and Security, and Wolverine Wellness.
What you can report
Non-emergency concerns that occur near off-campus housing, such as:
- Loud noise or disruptive parties
- Unruly conduct and behavior
- Excessive litter, trash, or messy yards
- General student behavior that affects the neighborhood
